Clea Chandmal is a passionate believer, practitioner and teacher of permaculture, a style of creating sustainable habitats that mimic nature’s patterns and do not burden the earth. Her own home and farm are modelled after her ideas. By conducting courses, workshops and seminars in permaculture, Clea is helping create a future marked by harmony with nature. Her talk will throw light on adapting a sustainable lifestyle in today’s urban world. Clea Chandmal has cleverly combined her scientific qualification as a Masters in Plant Breeding and a Masters in Plant Molecular Physiology for her PhD at University of Cambridge and her permaculture training in Australia to adopt a way of living that doesn't burden the earth. Armed with an inexplicable love for nature and a passion for living in harmony with her surroundings, permiculturist from Goa, Clea Chandmal is on a mission to help people peacefully co-exist with Mother Nature.
