lol I'm from Pakistan but currently live in the US. If you're trying to find Pakistani mangoes, try checking out your local ethnic stores, like a Punjabi grocery store, a Pakistani grocery store, or even an India grocery store. They tend to sell them, and other Pakistani fruits like dragon fruits or guavas (the besttttt). Not trying to sound bias, but I agree- they are the best. I will say this though: the Pakistani mangoes that are being sold outside of Pakistan aren't NEARLY as tasty as the ones you can get in a bazaar in Pakistan (or for me, in the front yard of my house in Pakistan) They actually are kind of a joke compared to the latter. I was watching a news report about it while I was in Pakistan, and they were saying how they purposely export out the ones that aren't the best in the bunch since they know they won't get sold in the bazaars....Not sure if they still follow this, since this was 4 years ago....

I have yet to find Indian or Pakistani mangos in L.A. Mainly we have Mexican ones. Occasionally there are Guatemala and Peru ones, but they're pretty bad. California ones are fantastic, but hard to come by and expensive.

omg those look amazing

So with you on the Pakistani mangoes, I get them in Edinburgh and they are fantastic. Better than the imported nam dok mai for sure. Yes we are actually really lucky, we get access to all sorts of fruits, as long as you keep your eye out you can actually get most things for a decent part of the year

Yum, peaches and nectarines. There are large red mangos here in Thailand that triumph over Nam Dok Mai. I have heard good things about Alphonso though.
