Oyster Mushrooms

1. I've been spending time with the help of my son studying growing mushrooms at home after which we found a fantastic resource at gregs mushroom grower (check it out on google)
2. nowhere in the world?asia somebody?
3. How can I get the technology to have a farm like this.Please advise

5. save your own coffee grounds in the freezer. when you get enough microwave them to sterilize. Put grounds in plastic food container with a few small holes poked in the bottom..Borrow 1 shiitake from your neighbor, pull the stem out and set it on a uncoated paper plate gills down for 3 or 4 days. See spore deposit. Cut spore deposit paper in tiny little squares mix with moist coffee grounds. keep lid slightly loose, dark, 65-70deg. Watch. Mist daily. Shiitake grows. Eat all but 1 then repeat

9. Europe had a head start. they have the best mushrooms growers. you can  start up your own farm without the heavy machinery.

16. Wow, I have never had Oyster Mushrooms. I have never had a dish with them, you said , they're also called , vegi-steaks. I now see that I must get a cook book and try to these, thanks.
17. i grow them for about 2 years and i love their taste, but i have one question. how can i make canning from them? and if its not secret to give me some recipe for it, i really wanna start to grown them on big. for now i got arround 40-50 nylon bags (8 kgs) per month. ty
