What's the deal with their tea plants being so super tiny? Are these just young plantings or is there some reason behind them being kept so low to the ground? Seems inconvenient for harvesting.

I'm so thankful of all of the He families hard work. I enjoy a cup of tea they produce just about everyday and everyday you can taste the love that went into it :)
