Oklahoma farm ships pecans to China - Waterfall Creek Pecan Farm

We traveled south of Idabel, Oklahoma, February 10, 2015, as Keith and Ski Bateman of Waterfall Creek Pecan Farm (also McCurtain County Farm Bureau members) loaded two shipping containers of their pecans for export to China. Oklahoma Commissioner and Secretary of Agriculture Jim Reese was on hand to see how the pecans are shipped, and Smart Foods representative Simon Ho coordinated the process for the buyer.
