Nyamira police discover brewers' new ways of evading crackdowns
Illicit brew traders in Nyamira county have devised new ways of avoiding arrest by law enforcement agencies. In a raid coordinated by Nyamira South OCPD, Rico Ngare in Bonyarorande and Bonyamatuta locations, Several containers with illicit liquor were found buried in tea farms as well as in homesteads. Officers said some brewers distill the brews at one location and transport it to another for customers. Others sell the brew in well-built permanent houses where officers could not be suspicious. But,.....what alternative is the gov giving these low income people? Are these rich people (by the way of stealing) telling the poor ones not to drink at all?.....they cannot afford european alcohol
