There still exists a special form of nomadic farming in South West Vietnam, which is free range duck farming. They live with the flock of ducks, move all the time from this province to another, year after year. Conflicts and contradictions arise during their work for food. Adversities in their career can cause them to go bankrupt and become jacks; or if lucky, they can become bosses. Nomadic duck farmers are hard-working, shabby, but sincere and simple. The leisure, simplicity and quietness of nomadic duck farming helps South West Vietnam keep its particular favours for a land of rivers in the south.
