This is Part 6 of our 9 days trip to Taiwan ( 2 weeks+ ago) From Taichung, we headed out to Sun Moon Lake - about 1hour & 30mins drive. Enroute, we visited Two Fingers Tea Sory House located in Nantou County. The breathtaking view of vast tea plantations & mountain view was fantastic. There is a tea museum and we went for a guided tour. We also met up with the founders - Mr. & Mrs. Yang Kuo Chen who eventually invited us for tea ( FTC : This is not a sponsored video) and enjoyed the wonderful tea ceremony. Later on, we then made our way to Wen Wu Temple (日月潭文武廟 ) - one of the grandest Chinese temple in Sun Moon Lake. This place - Sun Moon Lake is a special place to my dad as he went for his honeymoon with my late mom; their honeymoon was in 1979 & it brought back great memories (hopefully not sad) for him. We spent a night in Sun Moon Lake before heading to CingJing Veteran Farm the next following day. There were some slight changes to our travelling plans due oncoming Typhoon Meranti so we didn't manage to go to the southern part of Taiwan. Despite so, we were making the most out of it. Cycling around the lake was the 'must to do' in Sun Moon Lake (which I've opted out). Instead, I walked; it was a great slow walk ; peaceful & no rush. The weather was hot and shiny, saw lots of greens, soaked in the fresh air and loved the distinctive emerald glistering lake. Also, I've enjoyed listening to the sounds of cicadas ( in some clips you can hear it !) Hope you've enjoyed the video as much as I did making it ; thanks for watching! Leave me a thumbs up if you like it - thank you! Music : Livin' Up ( Sting ) // Sunday // Erykah // Phife For Life by Otis McDonald
