http://www.TaoJourneys.com Terry Hodgkinson aka "wandering ninja" continues to wander south in Vietnam. Passing over another mountain pass where the scenery was stunning once again. Continuing to ride onward south Terry and friends stop at a war memorial along the way. Then Riding down to Chau Duc, where they took a boat ride out on the Mekong Delta where they visited a floating fish farm. "I just love the scenery when riding motorcycle in Vietnam. You will see in this video clip at the mountain pass, how the road winds around the side of the mountain with the ocean right there. All I can say is what a fantastic experience riding in beauty like that! The war memorial made a lot of sense, how every Vietnamese citizen during the war became a soldier. It shows how strong and loyal the Vietnamese people are. Walking out on the monkey bridge was not as easy as I thought, there really isn't much space for a big guy like me. The fish farm we visited was fascinating. I've never seen that many hungry fish underneath a house before " -- Terry Info on Chau Doc: Chau Doc is located deep into the Mekong Delta, at the fork where the Mekong River divides into two branches running through Vietnam from Cambodia. Chau Doc is considered as the gate way to Mekong Delta with the two international border crossings through Cambodia on land and water. With the area of 100,59 square kilometers to the west of the south Vietnam and the population of some 100,000 people and a lot of tourists, Chau Doc has a busy trading center at the south --west of Vietnam. This attractive bustling riverside town is the home of the Cham and Khmer cultures, of floating fish farm houses and the Islamic Cham minority settlement with fertile rice fields and water ways rich in fish resources. Nearby is the Sam mountain, the well-known destination with more than 2 millions domestic tourists every year coming for Chua Xu lady temple. http://www.InnerOuterYou.com
