What we eat is becoming a growing concern. More than ever city dwellers feel secure to know where their food is coming from and who is producing them. At farmer's markets the end consumers and producers meet worldwide creating a relation of trust by putting food and health as their top priority. I talked to a total of 4 regular farmers- 2 men and 2 women. If you live in Nagoya, visit the Oasis 21 grounds every Saturday from 8:30 to 11:30 to chat with local farmers and buy their products.
