I grow a combination of herbs and vegetables, the herbs are good for tea and as medicines, plus they keep bugs away from the vegetables. Wow! Impressive garden with great variety. I'm envious that you are able to grow your own feijoas; they are such a lovely fruit. I started planting marigolds in my garden as you do calendula, because I thought they helped defend my other plantings from small bugs, but learned quickly they are slug magnets. I will have to try calendula this year. Thank you for sharing your lovely garden.

Your garden looks beautiful. What a broad variety you have. Yes, it is amazing to harvest your own vegetables. I love to go out and bring in a salad for my lunch with edible flowers to make it lovely and more nutritious. One bit of advice, clear away the lawn around your tree cutting at least a meter diameter, so they will thrive (if you haven't already), compost, and mulch it around. Happy gardening! :)
