Don't sign a membership goofs. I never sign membership when I go there. All my massage are Al cart. Best way to go.

The service of Massage Envy in the Wilmington, DE site is bad! The first time my wife and I went to the site, the therapist was lat for half an hour. The second time, my wife asked for the light pressure, but the front desk recommended the deep tissue to me, which almost killed her on the bed. Even the therapist recommended her to ask for refund from the store. But we called the manager for months, but the manager never answered the phone!!! We don't know what else we can do, so we just cancel the membership. But the store still charge us till now and said they did not get the cancellation form. Now we let them know again that we want to cancel the membership, but they told us that we have to use all our credit hours, which is 15 hours in total, in 45 days!!!! How is it possible!!! Who on the earth can do 10 1.5 hours long massage within 45 days!!!!!

These people are thieves! The company took my money out of my account without my permission! They kept my information three years prior to me visiting. I had no idea these people kept my card number on file. Also this company has a Class Action against them too; for taking people money out of their accounts. Be careful and beware!

I asked my massage therapist how many massages she does per week. She said she does 38 per week to pay the bills. Very different from other places where they get paid more and only 20 or so per week. Pay must be very low...
