interesting points ,if anyone else trying to find out growing mushrooms try Vaxicorn Mushroom Maker Guide (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my colleague got cool success with it.

BEWARE: Lots of inaccurate information given in this video. I don't think it's deliberate, they are just ignorant of the correct details of what they are doing and use very loose/inaccurate terminology.

Yum, edible mushrooms like button variety a very good. So many people are scared of healthy foods. What's scarier? Death by disease and sickness or eating fungus that actually adds flavor and is delicious by it self and medicinal . Humans... I don't get it sometimes.

I'd like to grow mushrooms for local consumption (supermarkets and restaurants) on my farm. I imagine that I will be speaking to my local extension office about this. I'm not sure where else to find the answers that I will be looking for.

compost doesn't grow listen here 0:23 he says "as you can see the temperature here is 100-160 cesius and that's how you grow your compost" as i say compost doesn't grow they were break down through composting of kitchen scraps and any dried leaves and wet leaves
