In America we have really tough beef because they go through stress and hardship throughout their life. Their muscles are really tense then they are slaughtered and they are fed with lots of corn to fatten them up fast.

The Japanese Farmers are the most protected farmers in the world. Japan doesn't believe in Free or even Fair Trade, they never have so I don't buy Japanese I buy Korean, Taiwanese or Chinese as we have Free Trade Agreements with both countries. I don't buy Japanese! Its also full of fat, the beef isn't Free Range like it is here in New Zealand. Give me New Zealand Beef any day. Free Range Animals are happier.
