@TheJapanChannelDcom Can't wait!!I'm really looking forward to it.

@TheJapanChannelDcom I cannot WAIT for this! that's going to be exciting.

You should make some Audio Books you have a fantastic voice for that.

wow! soooooooo many panels! ahahaha I think i've seen maybe ten total where I live. xD

I think Japan is way ahead of other industrialized nations when it comes to solar energy and wind energy. Though, certain areas are catching up. I know in eastern Washington state, there's more wind energy and nothing compares to the SoCal wind farms (those were spectacular to behold, blades as big as a jumbo jet!). And solar energy is catching on in some desert areas (where it makes a lot of sense). Go environmentally friendly energy!

How did you get on that roof? xD I assume you had to break through some security doors (do-not-enter-doors), hadn't you? ^^

@cloudstrifeificationi watched a doco about that a few year ago they were wearing a glove and burning it in there hands if its the correct doco im thinking of but im assuming it would be costly and difficult to mine it or however it is obtained wouldnt it just be easier to make geothermal or other reliable power plants?

Thumbs up and Favorited! ;D

Cool as hell.

'more videos coming soon' was scary this time!

@jorgerko15 japanesepod101 is taught by a japanese girl(hiroko) and is the best japanese lessons Ive ever seen.

@reshjuk so true , so true

Wind and solar power is good but it is not enough to power the world. Too many panels and wind turbines with not enough space. A option that is not known to many people lies on the bottom of the ocean and is called "methane hydrate" or "methane clathrate." Basically, it is methane trapped within ice crystals and from what I have read about it, there is plenty of it.

@mrfurball Ah, don't worry! I didn't take it very seriously... :) you are absolutely right to support this channel as it's simply put awesome. Most of the stuff on youtube is rubbish and this is a refreshing change to that.

Just because some people in the USSR managed to blow up a reactor doesn't mean everyone need to throw the baby out with the bathwater... nuclear power plant accidents are very rare. I wish wind and solar power could be a real challenger to nuclear power but unfortunately they need massive improvements until they can do that. I would also want more research into using the seas and oceans... the tide is always changing so the water keeps moving! Take some of that energy.
-
Awesome! I hope I get to see that one day.

@RaySquirrel Sweden also decided to stop using nuclear power but they have been backing out from that decision which has been quite fun to watch actually I have to admit. A populist-style politician declares: "Oh we are so good we are going stop using nuclear power completely!" Then they shame other countries which use nuclear power. Then some years pass and meanwhile some actual experts take a look at what alternatives there are... "Oh no, we can't do it!" Somebody actually did the math...

@reshjuk thx for the reply buddy, i was just being silly , besides a comment is better than no comment , and the silly old dude is one of my favourite youtube personalites so i try to support his channels by rating and commenting even if my comments are nonsense. ;p

It's cool that they try but I do have to question the efficiency of the solar panels as actually their cost is quite high. Hopefully the total life-cycle costs make sense for this arrangement. Hopefully these technologies become more efficient. Some countries artificially support wind and solar power but I think that's not very good - the technology should survive on its own merits, not by giving tax breaks and so forth. Nuclear power beats all of these easily.
