The potential here is huge, to say the least. One answer supplies so much to so many; if I were handing out Nobels, it would be to a forward thinker with action (problem solving) like this gentleman.

TROLL WARNING!! I grew up on a small dairy farm and while the American Midwest has a very different climate than most of India, farmers here had the technology to do this over 100 years ago without electricity. The sad fact is that by making the Indian dairy industry more efficient they are going to bankrupt most of the small farmers creating the same MegaDairy setups we have here.
