Do not rent from this nasty building. You will find cockroaches every day! In your bedroom, and on your food in the kitchens.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! BEG BUGS AND COCKROACHES!!!! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE! I got bitten by beg bugs and the management behaves like its my problem and nothing to do with them. DON'T RENT!! DON'T MOVE IN!!!

Awful management that will do absolutely nothing to help you, and if you Do decide to move out, they will not let you, cause guess what? ou are hooked on a 1 year lease agreement. Spare yourself and find a better place! 3045 Queen frederica Dr. is a nightmare !!!!!!!!!!!!
