Meet the Chefs of DZ Restaurants at The DZ Farm

On Sunday, October 12th our guests spent a memorable Sunday afternoon in an idyllic Autumn setting for an intimate event staged under nature’s canopy and presented in a casually elegant style. After visiting the open bar in our agrestic horse barn guests toured the grounds and walked the many trails that wind throughout the property. All day the strum of an acoustic guitar echoed across the property, skimmed across the surface of the beaver pond and and could be heard deep into the woods. At dinner we filled plates and hearts at our Chef’s Tasting Stations and while many enjoyed the meal sitting at a rustic farm table, many others stood at vintage whiskey barrel high-tops placed around the campfire. At the end of the day we all warmed ourselves in the glow of the field stone fire pit, the harvest sunset, and the ever-present gift of family and friendship.
