As you guys may know, I tend to edit and film through meals and having pre-made meals is a good way for me to power through editing w/o starving myself. I sometimes forget to eat or I'm simply am too lazy to make anything. Also, since I am currently on Prozac, it suppresses my appetite quite a bit and nothing looks or tastes appetizing so my body just doesn't want to consume anything. By making prepped meals that are colorful and fun, I can trick my brain into eating or at least force myself to nourish my body.
