Japanese tea tastes bitter. Then, Japanese sweets are very important for the combination taste. We consider the quality of tea as combination taste. Greetings from Tokyo, Japan

If you pause at exactly 2:43 (when the scene change is taking place) and look at the monks face right under his glasses arm, you will see a mark that looks about like the shape of a heart.
I first tasted matcha while in California for a year. I fell in love with it. I never see it anywhere in my area on the east coast of the USA. People don't know what they're missing. Where I live, "sweet tea" is the tea of choice. Sweet tea is fine when made right but nothing beats a good matcha green tea. -
I went to Cameron Highlands a few days ago and shot this video (scenic tea valley). It was drizzling so the temperature was a bit cool (18 deg Celcius) and nice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJtSnnuKUxE

I just need a little education on a question that I had. First I really this video, vary informative. But a little concern, if I am not mistaking Japan was hit with some radiation. Does this effect the area where the tea process is? I love matcha tea but a little worry.

Great video Katherine! So is Matcha more beneficial health wise than the more common green tea types, or just stronger in taste? If so, does anyone drink it everyday, or is it typically to expensive to do that? Thanks

So glad everyone appreciates the video. Matcha is so excellent for our health, plus a very enjoyable drink! Thanks for comments.
