Major Cockfighting Bust in California

1. It's funny the humane society makes this huge bust and you know what happens to all those roosters? They get euthanized.. Roosters love to fight and do so with or without human involvement.. If the government can't tax it they shut it down.

5. I have a farm and if I could I would take all those roosters and each one would have there own flock of hens and live a nice full life enstead of being killed in a cockfighting ring
6. you guys realize that you are putting a man in prison for giving this birds a better life than what you probably would expect of such a creature in this day and age. Yes in the end it is for sport and entertainment and it sometimes ends with the deaths of these beautiful creatures, but cmon if you are against this then ban eating chicken and the inhumane conditions they are kept in during their short and miserable lives.

   people devote there lives to breeding these animals for specific characteristics and the ASPCA thinks its right to take away these people life work because they deem it wrong , its dumb shit like this is why I don't volunteer at the ASPCA anymore

This bust sure saved California some serious tax dollars. Roll up the feathers into joints and sell as medicinal. Honest Abe got his name from judging cockfights, When this country was deciding what bird would represent it was between the Bald Eagle and yes the Gamecock. Football players and boxers can beat that crap out of each other into retardation. Make the whole country vegetarian and save the animals. South Carolina gamecocks need to change their name to The South Carolina Wrens after the state bird. Presidents in the past were into cockfighting.
