Climbing perch and snakeheads constitute most of your neighbor's catch. At least that's what I saw on the video.
Those snakeheads are still babies though. Did your neighbor release all or most of them back into the rice fields??
It would be a terrible waste not to let them grow bigger since snakeheads are known to grow a foot or two, with some snakehead species reaching a meter in length. -
