At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

TED talk has encouraged, inspired and lifted my spirit. It has given me positive food for thought. It's added to my peace, and wisdom, and given more definition to my life but THIS... OMG... This is the ultimate, the most simplistic, most common sense thing I have ever heard in my life and once again, confirmation for me that I am moving in the right direction . Thank you so so much 🙏🏽

4 months later...... I'm not so sure anymore. The people with all the power are too stupid to see this as an essential fabric of society, so the world trudges on....... Perhaps one day we'll actually reach a perfect natural hybrid of innovation without harming the Earth......

I'm from a family of physicians and am in my first year of medical school, and while I feel it is a rewarding profession with the intention to provide healthcare for humanity, there is, at the same time, an investment of many, many years of life sitting behind books, taking exams in stress and anxiety. One can imagine the toll on the health of a medical practitioner, which is quite ironic.
This man says he is uneducated, but he is smarter and wiser than I could possibly be. I am eternally grateful for coming across his ideas. -
he is so damn right.... the clever humans spend the longest period just to have a house...

I used to study engineering but I changed to learn medical science...Engineer can be creative but the creativity can lead to destruction of something if the person doesn't have any good immunity to greed. Life can be easy if you just think it easy, be satisfied with what you've got and be happy

Great. Let's be happy and make life easy.

I strongly agree him. These days we are becoming materially rich but mentally poor. Less stuff make our life mentally rich.

the real minimalist

I love Your message. There is lot of DECEIT in Western world right now, many false teachings on a "high level". People work hard and ending up with debt or depression. Thank You for Your message. I totally get it.

worth it, seriously I graduated last april for a bachelor degree but I was not contented thats why I choose to go back to school to study for another course , I thought about the more you have accomplishment inlife like degrees is the more you tend to be succeeded, but then I realized the more I studies is the more i feel difficult , sometimes I pity on my lil brother how he was so lazy to go to school and i kept yelling at him like , you will never succeed in life because you dont go to school and he always gave me a happy face like he dont seem really sad or unhappy. maybe he is more lucky then me , because I been so hard to my self. maybe i should stop studying and stop expecting in this world. I want to be contented now of what I only have. I dont want to be materialistic person.
