Lagos Council Chairmen woo voters through poverty alleviation scheme

They say it is a combined effort at alleviating poverty in the state, Local government Chairmen in Lagos have given out a number of household items worth millions of naira to indigent party members to help them establish small startups to get them out of poverty.
