Karmi Farm Clinic Project

In the foothills of the Himalayas near Darjeeling, West Bengal, India, the Karmi Farm Clinic is a place for the local people to go for help and medical assistance. Before the jeepable roads reached the area it was at least a 3 hour walk to get to the nearest hospital so there was a real need for some simple health care for the local community. Volunteer doctors and nurses offer their support by coming out from the UK and recently Tom and Emily visited the area.
