Fuck You Guys Poor Snakes
-
I don't get it, what's with the downvotes?
The poor snakes are being tortured? Is it just me or is it not the normal reaction for anyone who sees a snake to get a shovel and/or gun and/or something else and kill it? -
They are using these poor creatures to make money. They should go and get a real job so they can be beneficial to their society and let the snakes go back in wild where they belong.
-
Not a fan of how they are handling and treating the snakes
-
po chuj oni je stresują ? ah no tak dla rozyrwki turystow ... głupcy z biednego kraju
-
"Mangrove viper, deadly." Deadly to your fingers anyway...but that's not what it is. I don't blame MrNeil of course, but the ignorance is a bit frightening. Hopefully it's just a translation error.
(I always wonder what goes through the snake's mind when the balloon pops in his mouth.)
The retic's fangs are no joke, I got tagged with a three footer that left my index finger a bloody mess. -
Every one that doesn't like this video should flag it thats what I did
-
Swinging a snake round... Get a grip you dirty scum bags and work a job like the rest of us...

Cruel treatment of animals for the enjoyment of uneducated and stupid tourists. Provoking and torturing animals to show how aggressive and dangerous they are is one of the braindead and primitive spectacles from the last centuries. A modern country should ban this shit. Instead, bring tourists to the forest and show them the endangered and amazing wildlife of Thailand!

Lol they took the fangs and venome out soo really aint scary ill do it if had that out
-
LOL unreal dude, Fine... dont admit when your wrong. I dont care
-
Boiga dendrophila has a venom a lot more toxic than any bee sting. They can cause severe necrosis, I'm not talking about a pit viper.
-
I didn't say it wasn't a snake. The Mangrove snake (B. dendrophila) Shown in the video is a species of rear fanged snake from the Colubrid Family and is Black and yellow in appearance. The snake your talking about " Mangrove Pit Viper" Trimeresurus purpureomaculatus was not shown in the video. It is a real snake. Just wasn't in the video.....

Disgusting no animal deserves to be tormented for our amusement absolutely disgusting
-
these poor creatures have to live their life frightened everyday for the amusement of people. they should be in the wild where they are free.
-
Let me clear some stuff up. Boiga dendrophila melanota (or the 'Mangrove Viper'), has venom (per LD's), stronger than the Monocled Cobra's. However, B.d. melanota's venom is specifically tuned for birds and does not have much affect on humans. It is a rear-fanged species which means it has to grip and chew to inject the venom. Common symptoms from the bite include migraine-like headaches and localised swelling - worse than a bee sting's. Also, they have tamed these shows of late, but don't go.

Mangrove snakes are not venomous enough to kill a human...wtf? Making the spectators believe these so called snake charmers... charmers. I hope when ppl go to india and see this stuff that they dont believe all of this crap!
