It is unconventional with the power producing solar cells spinning at the same rotational speed as the turbine blades, but this design alternative gives the best green energy performance to date. It rotates 24/7 with a photo night eye, and lithium battery packs under the "golden dome." This hybrid turbine consists of just four solar panels moving the approx. 500 watt DC brushless motor day and night at high RPM's.
