Japan radiation causes possible rice contamination

Japan's government has approved a plan that would compensate the victims of the Fukushima nuclear disaster. The nuclear plant was severely damaged after it was hit by the March earthquake and tsunami. And now there are growing concerns over radiation contamination in food.
