California's Mediterranean climate is ideal for growing a wide variety of popular flowers. But the weather wasn't the only reason Janet Louie followed her parents into the California floral industry 22 years ago. "I love being part of a family business," she says. "It inspires me, and has become a tremendous source of pride."
