ISPR Documentary - K9ERS (Military Working Dogs) - Part 1
Dogs have time and again proven to be one of the major assets for the armed forces, the police, customs and other associated organizations while in the performance of their duties. The canine instinct proves invaluable in many cases. ADBTC&S Rawalpindi is not only providing technical knowledge about military working dogs to officers, organizations & personnel from Defence Service Guards, Rangers, Customs and Police but officers and soldiers of allied countries are also attending different courses offered at this school. Moreover, this institution is responsible for breeding, training and supply of trained dogs to dependent units. The home of the most loyal creatures is at service of the nation. An ISPR Presentation.

Susan Orleans in her book Rin Tin Tin has detailed the use of dogs in WW1 and WW2. These are our unsung heroes. Thank you for uploading this informative video. Long Live Pakistan and Long Live K9ers of Pakistan Army.

@QusainAli Looks like the draft is alive and well. A dog is man's best friend; a man is dog's worst enemy.

This is exactly why there is so much friendly fire in the military. There have been two movies made called Friendly Fire -- the most recent one by John Lennon's son Sean. The animal activist groups are strongly opposed to the use of all service dogs, especially war dogs and K9 dogs. Have you ever wondered why dogs are the number one domestic pet and domestic violence calls are the number one most dangerous calls for police to answer?
