You're wasting so much time. Petri dishes are not held like that in the open. Spores fall on the agar.

I identified the yellow colonies on TCBS it was Enterobacter spp

Was there a reason you didn't cool the loop as much on the second plate?
On the first plate you double tapped the loop and paused a couple seconds.
On the second plate you single tapped and immediately smeared it.
It just caught my eye so I asked. Cool video though. -
