India may enter NSG draft proposal, Pakistan out | Oneindia News

A draft proposal for accepting new members into the Nuclear Suppliers Group would pave the way for India's entry into the elite group. Meanwhile a US-based arms control organisation said that Pakistan should not be allowed to join the group.
