In protest at Kerala plantations, 5,000 women tell men, 'stay out'
Some 5,000-odd women, who work in tea plantations in Kerala's hill station Munnar, have been protesting since Sunday against their wages and bonuses being slashed by their employers. Officials at the plantations say the cuts were necessary because the plantation industry has been reeling in severe losses this year.
