Trying this today~ we butchered three rabbits less than an hour ago and we'll see how this recipe tastes :) - very fresh! Do you need to hang the rabbit at all, or let it sit for awhile before cooking? Also, i'd love to see a video of what you'd do with elk as that's a meat we hunt every winter :)
