i am loyal and committed person and I find it exciting to be given the opportunity to become part of the William Hill customer service team. I am resourceful with impeccable mannners with the attitude to put customer first and facilitate an ambience that makes them at home in an environment when having an enjoyment of their hobby.

I applied for a client support specialist role. Did my phone interview and online assessment as well. Now I have another interview with 3 CSS managers next week. I don't really have any customer service experience. My main experience deals with being able to communicate with clients in implementation projects throughout my college courses and internship. With that being said, how do I answer the, "Do you have customer service experience?" or other questions that relate to customer service?
Hope my rambling makes sense. Haha.
