How to Make Mochi - This video will show you how to make it using a microwave. Mochi can get really sticky, so be prepared! Subscribe to my other channel, SugarCoder: http://tiny.cc/SugarCoderYouTube _____________________________ Where to buy glutinous rice flour: Asian markets OR http://tinyurl.com/glutinousriceflour Ingredients: - 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour - 1/2 to 3/4 cup water - 1 Tbs. sugar Directions: 1. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Then, cover it with plastic wrap. 2. Microwave for 4 minutes (my microwave is 900 watts, so adjust accordingly). 3. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes, add fillings in the center (optional), form the mochi into a ball and enjoy!
