Humic acid will neutralize chlorine almost instantly. There are scholarly article out there that say do not use molasses or any other sugars. It can decrease nitrogen and increase any e.coli and other pathogenic bacteria.

in india we have an organic liquid fertiliser called jivamrut fresh cowdung cow urine chickpeas flour jaggery are added and kept for fermentation makes it a rich source of nutrients
