How Terroirs affects the Flavour of Raw Puerh Tea
Don and Celine sample three Gushu Raw PuErh teas from different villages on the same mountain! It is incredible how the same variety of tea grown and produced in an identical way and from the same mountain in Yunnan can taste different simply according to the specific aspect and soil of the forests. This highlights the importance of terroirs in tea. Watch our tea tasting and compare with you own experiences. Is there any difference in loosening the tea before you infuse it or not?
-
I didn't see it anywhere in the comments, but I believe it's a Velociraptor dinosaur that's the flying one. I could be wrong and could google it, but I"m sticking my neck out on this one as a gesture of gratitude for all that you do. Keep 'em coming!

What camera equipment do you use love how you can control from your phone good zoom in too

have you set the prices you sell these teas for based on your own opinion of their quality and taste, or purely based on how much you purchase them for?
great videos by the way, im not a big tea drinker but your videos have intrigued me to experience quality tea. -
Raw puer is that rabbit hole you go down and never come back up from. I drink it nearly every day and the more I drink, the more horrifying the realization that there is no end to it.
Great video! -
I went to your teahouse on Saturday (saw you making the live video :D ) and I tried the Pip Killer. I found it quite interesting, I could even find an unexpected hint of sour (not in a bad way) notes in the first infusion. The aftertaste was very sweet. I enjoyed it.
PS: I believe that's a Pteranodon, which isn't technically a dinosaur ;) -
It would be nice if you could make a video or tell me what do you think about sweetening the tea in terms of flavor do you think that it takes off the ability to perceive some flavors? Do you think it's ok to use it or not? Would you suggest suguar or honey or what kind of sweetener? Always talking about how it would affect the tea not what's more healthy or nutritive.

Could you please release the tasting 20 teas video? If you could edit it or release it in parts it would be great.

I know it's a pain to make samples from cakes, but it would be really nice if you could provide samples, perhaps a sample pack with samples from all your cakes.
