i grow my own garlic, hardnecks, and elephant garlic, in the Netherlands, outside, the purple ones from France are hardy. Only problem we have is rust on the leaves, I plant them close to my carrots and onions so the smell deters the carrot fly...but not mice :-(

Not that I have anything against your comments but to point at China for being cheap products. I'm quite sure at some point in your life you have had bought their product. I'm so tired of people whining about Chinese products but still shopping for it. Freedom of choice, you not at gun point. I'm not from China but when I hear people cry about product but continue buying it, it just annoying.
