Hiking Mt Gilead State Park
Spent the day hiking some of the trails at Mt Gilead State Park I also made some lunch in the fire pit "State Park Rules" no open fires. I brown up some Spam in a pan and add Ready to Serve Brwon Minute Rice and some wild onions from the woods with a nice hot cup of coffee...Sorry I ran out of memory before I could show you the final dish and to say Thanks for Watchin.

If you like the sounds, check out the Ancient Trail at Battelle Darby Creek. Go all the way to the field at the back of trail and sit on the bench back there. The sound of the insects is awesome. I spend a lot of time back there. I have a video on my YT channel titled “Battelle Darby Creek - Sounds of the Insects”

Yep. little package of one slice...it's a hoot, must have been a hiker who thought that one up! I like them, no waist, I could never eat a whole can anyways, to much salt! Thanks for watching!

I was so tickeled when I finally found the trail head , I hiked for hours that day, I think I had written you and told you my hip was hurting after that one...but it should be really nice when all the wild flowers start blooming, I could just lay down in them they are so pretty! The spam dish was good with the rice and wild onions, I wish I could have gotten a photo of it for you guys! I found anothr really good "trail" food I want to show too in the next videoThanks for watching John

Fishing, oh ya, I plan to go real soon to fish, you'll have to do a vid for me to remind me how to clean a fish cause it's been a long time for me..lol..lol Redneck fish cleaning, that would be fun to see..:)) I love the those trees in the spring with the purple blossoms and I wondered what they were called too! Thank you Joe for watching and always your kind comments. Ya I showed the Ready to Serve Brown Rice in the Maxpedition video. I originally thought you could eat the rice right out of the cup but it's a little crunchy that way, so all it needs is a little water and warmed up some to cook it the rest of the way but doesn't take as long as reg rice to cook so it works perfect on a little stove and doesn't use up much fuel. I gotta FISH dish I want to do next! I love fish, hummmmm Catholic girl.lol

I will do some food vids outside, I thought it was fun doing it!
