Now, Nancy love to create foods, from the garden to the table, that makes everyone happy and healthier families through the world. In our garden, we incorporate the most important part of organic gardening, to make the harvest healthier, by (using Non-GMO seeds and plants, and being careful to avoid pesticides and herbicides). We also use modern products and tools to make gardening fun, easy, affordable, convenient, abundant, and quick. Hollis loves and enjoys, gardening since he was 8 years old. He inherited the love of gardening from his granddad, who had a 300 acre farm in Georgia and in the past own a large successful landscaping business for over 7 years. Realizing, every day is a gift from God, we are seeking to live a more simplistic life but most importantly to appreciate and enjoy life each day. I have made cucumber salad similar to this using rice vinegar and sake. I am encouraged by your faith in our Lord Jesus and pray for a successful fall crop. Enjoy Hollis sweet potato video and will try to attempt this task next spring. Blessings. chefrka

Oy Kimchi, right? I love your cooking videos. You add that special touch with the extra produce decorating your table/trays.

Do you think a salad spinner might work to get the water out of the cucumbers? My hands aren't always good at gripping/squeezing.

Looks delicious!

You both take so much care and attention to details in your videos. You have pretty presentations (roses, peppers, leaves) that give it a special touch. I know that toasting the sesame seeds would make the recipe longer to complete but do you think that would be a good flavor for it too? Also, do you have an easy recipe for collard greens? For a green, the recipes always say to cook it for so long. You are such a good cook, I figured you might know. Thanks again for all you do. God bless you both. 🎃🎃🎃
