hCG VLCD9 My Recipe for Chinese Chicken Soup
Makes 2 giant servings @ 160 calories each! INGREDIENTS: 3 c. chicken broth, 7 oz, chopped chicken, 14 oz. cabbage, 1/2 onion, 2 T garlic, 1/2 t garlic powder, 1/4 t Chinese Five Spices, 1/2 t Chinese mustard powder, 1/4 t red pepper flakes, 1 T soy sauce. DIRECTIONS: Heat chicken broth over low heat in a sauce pan. In a frying pan saute onion for a minute or two, then add garlic, saute for another minute, then add chicken, crushed red pepper flakes and Chinese five spices seasoning. When chicken is cooked add it to the broth. Put the cabbage in the frying pan with a splash of broth, stir and cover. Let steam for a few minutes. Add the soy sauce, mustard powder, and garlic powder, and when the cabbage seems done to your taste put it in the pot with the chicken and broth. Enjoy! I hope you like it and if so please let me know...I have endless recipes that I have already invented and am about to invent. Happy P2-ing! -Kam

Thanks for this! I am left wondering if mixing veggies (ie cabbage & onion) is going to prevent weight loss. I have been told to not mix them.

@HcgKam Oh cool about the Bragg's Amino. Yes I've tried the ACV. Holy $%@$# I almost barfed on that lol. I got to figure out how to get that down without losing it. I also tried the kicker and omg that was so brutal. I did 2 pills and that was really stupid of me. Maybe just powder cayenne would be better cause you could tone it down on the first run. Good luck! You are brave!

Thank you so much! I am definitely trying this soon. I was curious if you could use Bragg's Amino Acid in place of the Soy Sauce? This may cut down on the sodium a bit and a lot of people use Bragg's on P2 without any issues and tastes good as well. This recipe looks great. Thanks again!
