Makes 2 giant servings @ 160 calories each! INGREDIENTS: 3 c. chicken broth, 7 oz, chopped chicken, 14 oz. cabbage, 1/2 onion, 2 T garlic, 1/2 t garlic powder, 1/4 t Chinese Five Spices, 1/2 t Chinese mustard powder, 1/4 t red pepper flakes, 1 T soy sauce. DIRECTIONS: Heat chicken broth over low heat in a sauce pan. In a frying pan saute onion for a minute or two, then add garlic, saute for another minute, then add chicken, crushed red pepper flakes and Chinese five spices seasoning. When chicken is cooked add it to the broth. Put the cabbage in the frying pan with a splash of broth, stir and cover. Let steam for a few minutes. Add the soy sauce, mustard powder, and garlic powder, and when the cabbage seems done to your taste put it in the pot with the chicken and broth. Enjoy!
