Has Fairtrade tea actually helped those that farm it?

The Chamraj tea estate in South India was among the very first farms to receive fair trade certification in 1994. Now 15 years later, has fair trade made a difference to the lives of workers there? Nick Mathiason and Simon Rawles find out
