Figures due out this week will give a better picture of the impact this summer's wild weather has had on broadacre cropping. Even before Cyclone Yasi hit North Queensland, flooding was estimated to have wiped five to 600 million dollars off the value of agricultural production for this financial year. Whatever the final numbers across the country as a whole, individual farmers know only too well how difficult this season has been. Chris Clark tracked three grain growers in Victoria.
