Using Rice Water and Tea Rinses helps natural hair retain hair growth, minimize breakage & shedding, add elasticity, volume, sheen, less knots, more definition, & plenty more goodies. In this video I show how I make rice water and tea rinses. I originally heard about rice water from Discovering Naturals. From there I did research and learned it is a natural hair savior. Adding to my tea rinse regimen has really stepped my 4c natural hair to another level! Since beginning rice water rinses a few months ago I have a lot less breakage and I am seamlessly retaining growth!! Tea rinses are just as beneficial as well. I interchange between rice water and tea rinses. I also use acv however only when I do not make my rice water or tea rinses in time.
