Hello, I am impressed with what you are doing with what you have available!!! For the plants grown in soil - I suggest (if not already doing it) you investigate VERMICOMPOSTING. It is something that is "growing" here in the US and is proven to really improve the soil which improves the plants, therefore, improves the yield in quantity and quality.
