GOA 9/9 - PONDA SPICE PLANTATION
The spice plantation is situated near an area called Ponda in Gua. We were given a rundown on the various herbs and spices, followed by a lunch of rice and curries of various types served in a wicker-basket plate lined with banana leave. As if that wasn't enough, we were also 'showered' with an endless supply of delicious bananas. We have a similar jungle herbal tour in Tasek Chini in Pahang, Malaysia.
