Georgia Farmer Begins Olive Production
Georgia farmers are accustomed to taking risks. From the weather, to prices, to consumer demand, farming is a risky business. But trying to grow a crop in Georgia that has never been grown on a large scale before may be the riskiest venture a farmer can make. The Monitor's Mark Wildman recently visited one farmer who is doing just that with a new crop - olives.
