Gary Hooser Defending Kaua'i, Speaking at Syngenta Shareholder Meeting 2015 PART 2
Part 2 of Kaua'i County Council Member, Gary Hooser, pleadings our case to Syngenta shareholders at annual meeting in Basel Switzerland. Security stopped the filming and despite our photographer turning her camera off and putting it away, she is still forcibly removed from the Syngenta meeting by multiple security officers. At this point she decides she should record again and catches Gary Hooser's final words and the applause by the shareholders, before Syngenta heads respond that they have been in this community for 40 years and provide many jobs.

Kaua'i passed a bill. Syngenta needs to respect that Bill. If they can't spray these toxic chemicals in their own homeland why do they get away with it in other parts of the world? The answer is simple. Corporate greed and political corruption. Trading a few jobs for the right to poison and destroy the future.
