There is a major mistake in @34:42. The question on the slide is- Analyse the factors for highly "centralised" cotton industries- and the answer is according to it. But the actual question asked in 2013 mains was for "decentralised" cotton industries, which is totally opposite. Please correct it

Ma'am, @47:25 as per my understanding the question asked is why TEA PLANTATION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL from Darjeeling to Himachal Pradesh not Darjeeling to Assam.
As per my knowledge, even during British times Assam tea was famous than Himachal pradesh tea.
ma'am request you to kindly confirm the answer. -

The science of food and nutrition in the west is corrupt and not pure science and highly influenced by lobbyists. Also it needs to be pragmatic and cheap and have a low carbon footprint so all of mankind has enough food to eat. In all ancient cultures legumes are combined with wheat and rice as each category has corresponding amino acids and hence making complete proteins. To this if if some other protein is added like yogurt in India or sour cream in the Americas and tahini and yogurt in the middle east than the protein goes up exponentially - so let us take some lessons from ancients/BC (before corporations) and not from the large and mighty corporations who make science up for self preservation and advancement. - thanks for reading. -
